I don’t know who needs to hear this, but NO, you couldn’t have done better.

When you look at something that happened in the past and you feel that stab of regret or remorse or guilt or shame, and you think, “Oh, I could have done better. In fact, I should have done better.” NOT TRUE.

You can do better NOW. In fact, you’re capable of way more than you even think is possible right now, but in the past, you had a certain amount of information and you had a certain skill level for managing the things that you were doing, and you did the BEST that you could with them.

You always will and everyone around you always will. The question is how do you do something different next time? How do you live as closely as possible to the vision of yourself that you’re imagining, to the vision of yourself that God offers you?

Say thank you to shame for doing its job and then move into curiosity about what you are thinking and feeling and how you could change those next time.

Coaching FAST TRACKS your ability to “do better” because it is the quickest way to gain insight and understanding into WHY you are doing what you are doing (information)…

….and how to change your behavior (skills).

Because of coaching, I have RADICALLY changed my whole life in 5 years, going from a financially dependent, addictive, destructive lifestyle to one in which I have ALMOST everything I ever wanted (still need to buy that property with the creek running through it!)

I’ve created healthy habits.

Kept my house clean and organized despite having two young kids.

Get consistent sleep

Build a business I love (BY MYSELF) which helps hundreds of people every year.

Lose ten pounds without resorting to the eating disorder techniques of my past.

Make 90K in a 12 month period.

Oh, and by the way I’m still a TOTAL MESS of mistakes and ADHD and negative emotions….

But I’m HAPPY. And I’m enough. And I’m confident I can do what I decide to do. And I trust God more than ever.

All because I decided to stop worrying about what I should have done (yeesh) and start INVESTING in getting the information and skills that would change my future.
